UPCOMING TRIPS

Aid Sudan takes several trips to southern Sudan each year, routinely visiting our target locations. The purpose of these trips is two-fold: community development and the spread of the gospel. Community development is carried out through the Genesis Project, which encompasses the four pillars of life: water, education, health and the church.

The specific focus for a team is determined by the needs of the trip location. The spread of the gospel is carried out through training in an oral form of the gospel called Chronological Bible Storying.

Each trip is led by an Aid Sudan team leader with extensive experience in southern Sudan. After training and debriefing, teams have the privilege of experiencing mission work in one of the most remote and challenging places in the world today. For Sudanese joining a mission team, many of whom have not returned to Sudan in 15 or 20 years, it is a time to reunite with family and friends.

Applications are accepted online beginning a few months prior to a trip. There is a great amount of interest in the trips and we encourage applicants to apply early. Please note that all trip details are subject to change.
